We are the only office in Utah making your consultation more convenient with two options.   

1) A no charge online consultation is the quick and easy way to determine if you’re a good candidate for surgical procedure or one of our non-invasive treatments without physically coming to the office.  This is perfect for our out of town patients, the busy mom or working professional, or people who just want a price quote.   

2) A $50 in office consultation is perfect for those who are serious about having their procedure performed by Dr. Haupt.  We will give you a $50 credit towards your procedure.
